Our massage therapy office is conveniently located on Colorado Avenue in the heart of Telluride.

All massages include the use of handmade organic salve and oils. Cupping, hot stones and packs may be used as needed for your custom treatment at no additional charge. *Prices do not include gratuity.
In Home Massage: Telluride, Ridgway & Ouray.
Turn your home or vacation rental into a spa. Our therapists are available for custom therapeutic massage in the comfort of your own home. Individuals, couples, and groups can be accommodated.
Telluride in Home Rates:
90 Min: $280
Ridgway/Ouray in Home Rates:
90 Min: $220
There is a minimum 90 min or 2x60 min. requirement for in home massage.
**Cupping and Hot Stones may be utilized at no additional charge for outcalls. All massages include organic handmade salve and oil.

Ridgway Massage Therapy: Origins
Teresa Frank, LMT, began her massage journey in 2006 in Telluride, Colorado. After a few years working in exquisite spas, along with continual training in a multitude of modalities, she started and has maintained her private practice since 2009. Teresa has developed a consistent clientele in the Telluride area-- making life-long friends along the way. More recently, she moved over the mountain to Ridgway, Colorado. Alongside her Telluride practice, she has developed a network of skilled massage therapists and has launched Ridgway Massage Therapy Ltd..
